Terms of Service
Effective Date: 09/04/2026
BY USING THIS WEBSITE, BOOKING A CONSULTATION, OR RECEIVING SERVICES FROM US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AS DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ALMOST ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. YOU AND WE ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THE EXCEPTIONS, AND HOW TO OPT OUT, ARE SET OUT IN FULL BELOW.
IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. THIS WEBSITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE NOT FOR EMERGENCIES AND ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY MEDICAL CONDITION.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://regenmds.com and any services provided by Regen Meds LLC, trading as Regen MDs (“we,” “our,” or “us”). “You” means the person using this website or our services. Together with our Privacy Policy and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the website and the services, and they replace anything said before them.
Acceptance, and Changes
Your access to and use of this website and our services is subject to these Terms and to all applicable law. If you do not accept them in full, your remedy is to stop using the site and our services.
We may revise these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date at the top, and a change takes effect when it is posted. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Where a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to tell you before it takes effect. Changes to the arbitration section do not give you a fresh opportunity to opt out if you have already agreed to a version containing one and did not opt out at the time; we will honour any valid opt-out you have already sent.
Who You Are Dealing With
Four parties are involved in what this website offers, and it matters which one you are dealing with at any given moment.
Regen Meds LLC operates this website, coordinates your care, and supplies equipment. We are not a healthcare provider. Using this website does not create a physician–patient relationship with us, and nothing on it is medical advice.
DrTelx is an independent professional medical practice. Its licensed providers are the people who evaluate you, decide whether treatment is appropriate, authorize it, and hold your clinical record. Your provider–patient relationship is with them, not with us. We do not direct or interfere with their clinical judgement. You can reach them directly at support@drtelx.com or 1-855-697-5757, or by post at 1030 N Center Pkwy, Kennewick, WA 99336.
Emerald Compounding Pharmacy fills and ships prescriptions. It is an independently licensed pharmacy responsible for its own professional services, and we do not direct or interfere with them. You can reach the dispensing location at 5325 Primrose Lake Cir Ste A, Tampa, FL 33647, or (321) 321-3313.
Life Force Lab develops and manufactures Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors), and is a company under common ownership with Regen Meds LLC. We disclose this because it is material to how you weigh anything we tell you about the product: the manufacturer is not an independent party assessing our work.
We are partnered with DrTelx (drtelx.com), an independent telehealth medical group whose providers are licensed in all 50 U.S. states. Prescriptions are filled and shipped by Emerald Compounding Pharmacy, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy in Tampa, Florida. Emerald is licensed in the states where it dispenses, accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), staffed by board-certified pharmacists, and LegitScript-approved. All prescriptions are dispensed in compliance with applicable state and federal law.
By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that services you receive from the provider network or the pharmacy are also subject to these Terms, and that each of them is an intended third-party beneficiary of them.
Regulatory Status of What We Provide
Ultra RSF and molecular hydrogen therapy are exempt from FDA premarket review and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Care here is adjunctive to your existing medical care. Individual results vary.
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is not a stem-cell therapy. It is an acellular, non-biologic protein preparation — no cells, no DNA and no RNA.
“Medical-grade” describes how these devices are built and specified — titanium and platinum electrodes, seven onboard sensors, a 24-hour continuous-run rating and a 24,000-hour cell life. It is not a regulatory designation. These devices are exempt from FDA premarket notification under the 510(k) exemption, which is not the same as a clearance to treat any condition.
Our care is adjunctive. It is intended to run alongside the care your own physicians provide, not to replace it. Nothing we provide is a substitute for emergency medical care, and nothing on this website is a reason to stop, reduce or delay a treatment another clinician has prescribed for you.
Physician Authorization Is Required
A licensed physician must review your information and authorize your treatment before anything is shipped or administered. Nothing is sent without that authorization.
A consultation does not by itself entitle you to treatment. Our physicians decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate, and declining is a normal outcome of an evaluation rather than an exceptional one. Neither we nor the provider network guarantees that any particular treatment, product or program will be offered to you.
Where We Provide Services
Our provider network is licensed in all 50 U.S. states. The same coverage applies to online consultation and to in-home administration — there is no difference between the two.
Prescriptions are dispensed only by a pharmacy licensed in the state where it dispenses. Whether a particular treatment or route of administration is appropriate for you in your setting remains a clinical decision made case by case, and coverage of your state is not a statement that it will be. We will tell you at the point of consultation whether we are able to serve you.
Who May Use This Website
This website and our services are offered to individuals in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state if that is higher. By using them you represent that you meet that requirement, that the information you give us is truthful, accurate and complete, and that you will use the site only for lawful purposes. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has used this website, contact us at info@regenmds.com.
Telehealth is not the right way to raise every medical question. Some conditions require an in-person examination, a procedure, or a clinician other than one of ours. Where that is the case you will be told, along with what to do next.
Consent to Telehealth
Telehealth means delivering health services using electronic communications between a provider and a patient who are not in the same place. It has real benefits and real limits: a provider who cannot examine you in person is working from what you tell them and what they can see, technology can fail mid-consultation, and in rare cases a condition that would have been caught in person is not. Before you are evaluated you will be asked to review and agree to an informed consent covering this. Regen Meds LLC is a third-party beneficiary of that consent and may enforce it.
Your Financial Responsibility
We are a cash-pay practice. We do not accept insurance. Neither Regen Meds LLC nor the provider network is enrolled with, or a participating provider in, any federal or state healthcare program — including Medicare and Medicaid — or with any commercial payer, for any of the services or products offered here.
By choosing to use our services you are specifically choosing to obtain them on a cash basis, outside any federal or state healthcare program or commercial payer. You are solely responsible for the cost of everything provided to you. Neither you nor we will submit a claim for reimbursement for it. If you have a health savings or flexible spending account, whether these services qualify is a question for your plan administrator, and we make no representation about it.
Fees, Payment, and Terms of Sale
Consultations described on this site as complimentary are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. Fees for treatment programs, equipment, marker panels and follow-up care are quoted to you in writing before you commit to anything, and no charge is made without your authorization.
Where a program is billed on a recurring basis, the amount and the interval are stated to you before you agree to it, and your payment method is charged at that interval until you cancel. Prices may change; we will give you notice before a change affects an amount you are already committed to paying.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you give us, and you authorize us to charge it for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and our relationship with them is contractual only — they are vendors, not our agents or partners. If a payment method is declined we may attempt the charge again, and we may accept updated card details from your card issuer so that a program is not interrupted by an expired card. If your issuer reverses a charge, we may seek payment by another method.
All products and services are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct a pricing or description error and adjust your order accordingly, or cancel an order and refund what was charged. Delivery dates given at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of an item to the carrier, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Appointments. Please give us at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is no fee for doing so. Repeatedly missing appointments without notice may mean we stop offering them.
Programs. You may cancel a treatment program at any time by contacting us at info@regenmds.com or 1-800-217-6134. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund a partially used period. Cancelling a program does not by itself cancel any clinical authorization; tell your provider as well as us.
Materials and equipment. Treatment materials and equipment are not refundable once they have shipped. This is a restriction we do not have discretion about: a prescription product that has left a licensed pharmacy cannot be returned to inventory or resold, and dispensing law is what prevents it rather than our preference. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell us within seven (7) days and we will replace it.
Everything else. Beyond the positions above, refunds are considered case by case and granted at our discretion. Where we grant one it is not a precedent and does not oblige us to grant another.
Marker Panels and Laboratory Testing
The Cognitive Exploration Panel and any other marker panel offered here requires an order by a licensed provider, and is fulfilled by an independent laboratory that is responsible for its own professional services. If you are sent an at-home collection kit, collecting and returning the sample correctly and within the stated window is your responsibility; a sample that is inadequate or arrives late cannot be processed.
A wellness marker panel, not a diagnostic test. It does not diagnose, rule out or stage any disease, and it does not replace assessment by your own physician. Results are read through with you by one of our providers and you are left with a written summary to give to your own physician. Testing of any kind has limits and does not identify every condition or risk, and neither a normal result nor an abnormal one is a diagnosis. Take any question about your results to a clinician who can examine you.
No Medical Advice on This Website
The content on this website — the articles, the treatment and product pages, the patient assistant, and anything else you read here — is general health information. It is not medical advice, it is not tailored to you, and reading it does not create a physician–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are formally accepted as a patient following a physician evaluation. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment on the basis of anything you read here without speaking to a licensed clinician.
Our Patient Assistant
The AI-powered assistant on this website answers general questions about our services. It does not provide medical advice, it cannot assess whether any treatment is appropriate for you, and its responses are not reviewed by a clinician before you see them. It is provided “as is,” and we give no warranty about the accuracy or completeness of what it says; where it and this website disagree, this website is what we stand behind.
Please do not enter medical history, symptoms, or other sensitive health information into it. See our Privacy Policy for how information you put into it is handled.
Accounts, Access, and Security
Where using a service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential, for logging out at the end of a session, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at info@regenmds.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
You are responsible for the device and connection you use to reach our services, and for any costs they carry. We use encryption in transit and take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website, network or device is perfectly secure, and anyone with access to your device may be able to reach information about you through it.
Your Responsibilities as a Patient
- Give us accurate and complete information about your health, medications, and medical history. Our physicians’ decisions depend on it.
- Tell the physicians who manage your existing conditions what you are starting with us, before you start it.
- Use any equipment we supply as directed and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Read and respond to messages we or your provider send you. We are not responsible for a consequence of a message you did not read.
- Tell us promptly about any adverse reaction or unexpected change in your condition, and seek emergency care where the situation calls for it rather than messaging us.
Privacy and Your Health Information
How we collect, use and disclose information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Some of what you provide is protected health information under HIPAA, and some of it is not. Information you give the provider network or the pharmacy for the purpose of your care is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and under applicable state law. Information you give Regen Meds LLC that is not used for your diagnosis, treatment or prescription fulfilment — your name and contact details, what you read on this website, what you type into the patient assistant — is governed by the Privacy Policy instead. By using this website you acknowledge receipt of the HIPAA notice.
Electronic Communications and Text Messages
When you use our services or email or message us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us and from your provider that way. You agree that anything we provide to you electronically satisfies any legal requirement that it be in writing, and that it is given on the day we send it.
If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to stop. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop the transactional ones your care requires.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose, or in a way that damages, disables or overburdens it;
- impersonate anyone, create a false identity or duplicate accounts, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system or network, probe or test its security, or reverse engineer any part of it;
- upload anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing, or anything containing malicious code;
- use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the site or to copy its content, or harvest information about other people from it;
- send unsolicited advertising or solicitations through any communication feature we provide; or
- help anyone else do any of the above.
We may monitor general use of this website, remove material at our discretion, and suspend or terminate access in response to actual or suspected violations. We may cooperate with law enforcement where a crime is suspected.
Third Parties and Third-Party Services
Parts of what is offered here are provided by parties other than us — the provider network, the pharmacy, laboratories, payment processors, scheduling and funnel software, and the manufacturers of equipment we supply. Your dealings with them, and any terms, warranties or representations they give, are between you and them. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, and we are under no obligation to become involved in a dispute between you and any of them.
Some pages on this site frame a third-party page whole. What you read inside such a frame is that party’s content and is subject to their terms and their privacy practices, not ours.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and trademarks on this website are owned by Regen Meds LLC or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for your own use. You may read and share our articles with attribution. You may not reproduce our content commercially, remove any proprietary notice from it, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.
Anything You Send Us
Except for information protected under HIPAA or state health-privacy law, anything you send us through this website that is not part of your care — a question, a comment, a review, a suggestion — is treated as non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display it in operating and promoting our services, and you confirm you have the right to grant that licence. Protected health information is excluded from this, and is used and disclosed only as our HIPAA notice and applicable law permit.
Referral Partners
Some visitors reach this site through one of our referral partners. Partners are paid a fixed fee and are bound by published rules about what they may say about us — see our Affiliate Program page. A partner speaks for themselves, not for this practice, and any claim a partner makes that conflicts with this website is wrong.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to this website or our services at any time, including for conduct that violates these Terms. You may stop using them at any time. The sections of these Terms concerning intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration and governing law survive termination.
Ending your access does not end your right of access to your medical records, which is governed by our HIPAA notice and by applicable law rather than by these Terms. Direct a records request to the provider network.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND EACH THIRD PARTY OFFERING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH IT DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIS WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Individual response to any therapy varies, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing in this section disclaims a warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, and nothing in it limits the professional responsibility of a licensed provider for the care they deliver.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BROUGHT IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICE OR PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Any claim arising out of your use of this website or our services must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limits above apply to the maximum extent that state allows. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Regen Meds LLC, the provider network, the pharmacy, and each of their officers, employees and agents, from any claim, loss, liability or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of this website or our services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of anyone else’s rights. We may take control of the defence of any such claim, and you agree to cooperate with us in it.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY DECIDE YOUR CLAIM.
What it covers
You and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Regen Meds LLC, the provider network, the pharmacy, or any of their officers, employees or agents, arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms, this website, or any product or service offered through it (each, a “Dispute”), will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, subject to the exceptions below. This includes disputes about facts that arose before you agreed to these Terms, disputes arising after they end, and disputes about whether this arbitration agreement itself applies or is enforceable.
Talk to us first
Before either of us starts an arbitration, we will try to resolve the Dispute informally. The party raising it must send the other written notice describing it and the relief sought, and the two of us will then meet by telephone or video within forty-five (45) days of that notice to try to settle it. Send notice to us at Regen Meds LLC, 7483 Sand Lake Commons Blvd, Suite 112, Orlando, FL 32819, ATTN: Dispute Notice, or by email to info@regenmds.com. Your notice must include your name, address, email, phone number, and a description of the Dispute, and you must sign it personally. We will send notice to you at the email address we hold for you. Limitation periods are paused while this process runs. Only if the Dispute is still unresolved thirty (30) days after that conference may either of us begin an arbitration.
How the arbitration works
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. It is less formal than a lawsuit: there is no judge or jury, discovery is more limited, and a court’s review of the award is very limited. An arbitrator can award the same individual damages and relief a court could. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live, or at another place we both agree on, and may be conducted on documents or by video where the rules allow. The award is final and binding, and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. These Terms involve interstate commerce and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section’s interpretation and enforcement. Filing, administrative and arbitrator fees are governed by the AAA’s consumer fee schedule; each of us pays our own legal fees unless a statute provides otherwise.
Individual claims only
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY IN FAVOUR OF THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING IT, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT PARTY’S OWN CLAIM REQUIRES. If a court decides this paragraph cannot be enforced as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim alone is severed from the arbitration and may be brought only in the courts identified below; everything else stays in arbitration, and the severed claim is stayed until the arbitration finishes. Nothing here prevents either of us from taking part in a class-wide settlement.
Exceptions
Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, so long as it stays there and stays individual. And either of us may ask a state or federal court in Orange County, Florida for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or unauthorized access to our systems, without first arbitrating.
How to opt out
You can decline this arbitration agreement without affecting anything else in these Terms. Send us written notice within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to them, giving your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of arbitration, to Regen Meds LLC, 7483 Sand Lake Commons Blvd, Suite 112, Orlando, FL 32819, ATTN: Arbitration Opt-Out. You must sign it yourself; a notice sent by someone else on your behalf has no effect. If you opt out, the rest of these Terms still applies to you, and disputes go to the courts named below.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any claim not subject to arbitration — because you opted out, because it falls within an exception, or because a court holds the arbitration agreement unenforceable — you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and each of us waives any objection to that venue.
This website is operated from Florida. If you access it from somewhere else you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local law.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it is replaced by one that comes closest to its intent, and the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours, including in a merger or sale of the business. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us, or between us and the provider network, the pharmacy or any other third party. Except for the third-party beneficiaries expressly named above, these Terms create no rights in anyone else. Section headings are for convenience and have no legal effect.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send us a notice at info@regenmds.com including your signature, identification of the work and of the material you say infringes it, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them. We terminate the access of repeat infringers.
Contact Us
