Not cells. The instructions cells send.
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is a concentrate of those factors — drawn from six regions of the placenta, purified until nothing living remains, and paired with medical-grade molecular hydrogen.
What’s the difference between stem cells, exosomes, and Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)?
All three work through the same idea — give tissue the instructions it needs to repair. They differ in what you actually receive, how reliably it arrives, and how long it keeps working.
What you receive
Stem CellsLive cells
ExosomesCell-derived vesicles carrying signals
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Proteins and growth factors from six placental regions
Cell & genetic material
Stem CellsLive cells and donor DNA
ExosomesCell-free, but cell-derived
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Acellular — no DNA or RNA
How it is obtained
Stem CellsInvasive harvest
ExosomesGrown from a cultured cell line
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Ready to use, nothing harvested
Batch consistency
Stem CellsVaries donor to donor
ExosomesVariable composition
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Characterised by sequencing and mass spectrometry
Handling & shelf life
Stem CellsFragile, cold chain throughout
ExosomesLimited shelf life
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Lyophilised, reconstituted at point of use
Signalling persistence
Stem CellsDays
ExosomesDays
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors)Designed to persist for weeks
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is not a stem-cell therapy and contains no live cells or DNA. This comparison describes how the three approaches differ in composition and handling — not a claim of superior clinical outcome.
Four routes, one directed plan.
Intravenous
IV push, or infusion in approximately 100 mL saline.

Route, dose and frequency are chosen by your physician for your condition. Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is never supplied as a standalone product.
Weeks, not days.
Signalling molecules differ enormously in how long they stay active. This is the manufacturer’s own framing of where Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) sits.

Six sources, one concentrate
Every region contributes a different instruction.
A single-region extract carries a single region’s vocabulary. Drawing from all six is what gives the concentrate its range.
Six regions, not one.
Most regenerative products draw from a single tissue source. Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is derived from six distinct regions of the placenta, each carrying a different signalling role.
Decidua
Maternal-side tissue governing implantation signalling and immune tolerance.
Villous Placenta
The exchange surface — nutrient, gas and growth-factor transfer.
Umbilical Cord Blood
Circulating factors and progenitor signalling.
Wharton's Jelly
Structural matrix rich in hyaluronic acid and collagen cues.
Amnion
Barrier and anti-inflammatory membrane signalling.
Chorion
Vascular and remodelling signals at the outer membrane.
The manufacturer characterises the result as containing 300+ proteins and growth factors. Individual constituents are not publicly itemised.
Why six and not one
A stem-cell therapy is grown from one tissue. An exosome preparation is collected from one cultured cell line. Whichever region it came from sets the range of what it can signal — the rest of the placenta is simply not in the vial.
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) takes all six: maternal-side signalling from the decidua, structural cues from Wharton’s jelly, membrane signalling from amnion and chorion, and the exchange and circulating factors between them.
This is a difference in how each preparation is composed, not a claim that one produces a better clinical outcome.
1 of 6 regions — Expanded from one tissue — most often Wharton's jelly or cord blood.
1 of 6 regions — Vesicles collected from a single cultured cell population.
6 of 6 regions — Decidua, villous placenta, cord blood, Wharton's jelly, amnion and chorion.
Purification
Everything living is taken out.
What remains is fully acellular and free of DNA and RNA — no live cells, no genetic material. Only the proteins and growth factors that carry the message.

- Screening
- 21 CFR 1271.55
- Form
- Lyophilised
The messages, without the messengers.
- 01
Multi-region sourcing
Factors are drawn from six distinct regions of the placenta rather than a single-region extract, for broader signalling diversity.
- 02
Washed & disinfected
The material is thoroughly washed and disinfected under GMP conditions before any further processing.
- 03
Rendered acellular
Purification removes all living cells. The result is fully acellular and free of DNA and RNA material.
- 04
Screened & characterised
Pathogen testing follows 21 CFR 1271.55. Composition is characterised by next-generation sequencing and mass spectrometry.
- 05
Lyophilised
Freeze-dried for stability and consistent batch-to-batch handling, then reconstituted with sterile water at point of use.
Sourcing & safety
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is manufactured by Life Force Lab. Donor material is screened under 21 CFR 1271.55, and each batch is characterised by next-generation sequencing and mass spectrometry. The finished product is acellular and contains no DNA or RNA.
Ultra RSF (Regenerative Signaling Factors) is not a stem-cell therapy. It is administered by a physician as part of a directed plan, and is complementary to — not a replacement for — your guideline-based medical care. Individual results vary.
